On Tuesday 13 June, the CCI France Cambodge organised a HORECA round table at the Raffles, Hôtel Le Royal.
On Tuesday 13 June, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cmabodia organised a round table for the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés) on the theme of the food industry, at the Raffles, Hôtel Le Royal.
Around forty people attended the event to find out more about the new food safety regulations and the principles of HACCP.
Our speakers shared their knowledge and insights to learn more about this new law.
- David Mol, Senior Partner at Tilleke & Gibbins explained the legal terms to help us understand the issues involved in the Safety Food Laws enacted on 1 July 2022.
- Navin Sreng, Director of the food analysis laboratory at the Institut Pasteur, helped us to understand the health issues and risks in the food industry.
- Pierre Eduardo, QHSE Director (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) at Newrest explained how to find solutions to comply with HACCP standards.
- Nicolas Rousseau, an expert in the field of dairy product processing, gave us a presentation on the different ways of complying with hygiene standards and working with high-risk products.
